In Wilmington, City Deanery parishes will observe the traditional Holy Thursday parish visitation pilgrimage.
Mass of the Lord’s Supper will take place at most parishes at 7 p.m.
Bishop Malooly will preside at the 7 p.m. Mass at the Cathedral of St. Peter, Sixth and West streets.
St. Ann and St. Joseph parishes will offer Mass at 7:30 p.m.
The Masses will conclude with a procession and reposition of the Blessed Sacrament in preparation for Good Friday services.
Parishes participating in the traditional pilgrimage are: St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception/St. Patrick, open until 9p.m.; St. Thomas and St. Joseph, open until 10 p.m.; Christ Our King’s evening will conclude with night prayer at 10 pm.; St. Hedwig, evening will conclude with Tenebrae at 10; St. Ann, St. Anthony, St. Elizabeth and St. Paul, lower chapel, will all be open until 11 p.m.
