The spring season is heating up as we get closer to the end of April and we have some key showdowns this week.

Soccer

Archmere (3-0-1) at Conrad (2-2-1), 3:45 p.m. The second-ranked Auks got their offense going scoring eight goals in each of their wins last week. This starts a busy week for them.

Wilmington Christian (2-2-1) at Ursuline (2-2-1), 3:45 p.m. The Raiders lost two tough ones last week and look to rebound at home.

Delaware Military Academy (4-1-1) at St. Elizabeth (2-3-1), 3:45 p.m. The Vikings host the No. 3 Seahawks looking for the upset win.

St. Thomas More (0-3-1) at Lake Forest (5-0), 4 p.m. The Ravens have a tough road match to open the week.

Appoquinimink (4-1) at St. Mark’s (1-4), 4 p.m. The Spartans’ tough schedule continues as they host the fifth-ranked Jags.

Tuesday

Woodbridge (5-1) at St. Thomas More, 4 p.m.

Padua (8-0) at Smyrna (4-1), 6 p.m. No. 1 Pandas has been impressive this year and looks for another road win.

Charter (2-1) vs. Padua, 3:30 p.m., Wilmington University. The Pandas face the third-ranked Force as the Pandas play another top-five team, seeking a sweep.

St. Elizabeth (2-4) at Ursuline (1-3), 3:45 p.m. The Raiders’ home opener in late April is against the rival Vikings as both teams look for a much-needed win.

St. Mark’s (4-4) at A.I. DuPont (2-3), 3:45 p.m. The Spartans look to get past the .500 mark with the road win.

Padua (5-0) at Newark Charter (1-5), 3:45 p.m. The fifth-ranked Pandas were impressive in a road win at Concord on Saturday look to stay unbeaten in a busy week.

Tuesday

Archmere (4-3) at Conrad (7-0), 3:45 p.m. The Auks, who won two games last week, faces an undefeated Redskins team that has scored a lot of runs this year.

St. Thomas More (1-3) at Dickinson (1-4), 4 p.m. The Ravens look for their first road win and second overall.

Archmere (3-1) at Sanford (1-4), 4 p.m. The Auks have been off for 12 days and look to get back on the winning track after a tough road loss to Caravel.

St. Mark’s (2-3) at Sussex Tech (1-3), 4 p.m. The Spartans need this road win to even their record.

Thursday

Caravel (5-1) at Ursuline, 3:45 p.m. The fifth-ranked Bucs travel to the Raiders in a battle of one-loss teams.

St. Mark’s at Tower Hill (4-2), 3:45 p.m. The Spartans travel to the No. 4 Hillers with the intention of pulling off the road upset.
