Halfway through the high school basketball season, the girls’ schedule includes some battles involving top-10 teams that make you wish you could be in two — or more — places at once.

Tuesday

No. 3 St. Elizabeth (7-4) at No. 6 Padua (9-2), 7:15 p.m. The Vikings are coming off a big win over Caravel and go for the season sweep over the Pandas. Padua, however, has won four in a row since their loss to the Vikings.

St. Mark’s (5-4) at No. 4 Caravel (5-4), 7:15 p.m. Both teams come in struggling. The Spartans have lost their last three, while the veteran Buccaneers have lost two straight. Only one of Caravel’s losses has come to a Delaware foe.

Thursday

No. 7 Hodgson (10-0) at Padua, 7:15 p.m. The Silver Eagles are not just undefeated. They have hardly played a close game, with their narrowest victory being by nine points over Archmere.

St. Elizabeth at St. Mark’s at 7:15 p.m.

Caravel at No. 1 Ursuline (10-1), 7:15 p.m. The Raiders have been dominant this year behind player of the year candidate Adrianna Hahn, but the Buccaneers feature multiple all-state candidates. This is the Raiders’ first home game of the season.

Friday

Delaware Military Academy (6-4) at St. Thomas More (4-5), 5 p.m. The Ravens are coming off a loss to Archmere.

Conrad (2-6) at Archmere (6-5), 6:15 p.m. The Auks nearly pulled off an upset over Padua last time out.

Saturday

Archbishop John Carrol (Pa.) vs. St. Elizabeth at Springford High School (Pa.), 12:30 p.m.

Cape Henlopen (4-6) at St. Mark’s, 2:30 p.m.

The Hun School (N.J.) at Padua, 3 p.m.

Cardinal O’Hara (Pa.) vs. Ursuline at Springford High School (Pa.), 3:30 p.m. This is Ursuline’s eighth and final out-of-state opponent of the season. The Raiders are home for five of their remaining six games after this one.
