For The Dialog
The first weekend brought us some great action, and there were even had a few upsets. Let’s see what a few week of action will provide.
Soccer
Tuesday
St. Elizabeth (1-0) at Conrad (0-1), 3:30 p.m. The Vikings got a big win at Glasgow to start the season and they look for another road win.
Caravel (0-1) vs. Salesianum (1-0), 3:30 p.m. at Hockessin Soccer Club. The Sals looked like the sixth-ranked team in the nation in their opener but start a tough week against a Buccaneers team that lost to the Archmere over the weekend. The Sals want to travel to Colorado with a 2-0 record.
Newark Charter (1-0) at Archmere (1-0), 3:45 p.m. The Auks looked great in their upset win at Caravel Saturday and now they get an early season Diamond State Athletic Conference game against a Patriots team that upset Division I Dover to start the season.
Lake Forest (1-0) at St. Thomas More (0-0), 4 p.m. The Ravens open the season at home against a good Spartans team to start a busy week for the young team.

Caravel vs. St. Elizabeth’s 3:45 p.m. at Alapocas Run State Park
St. Thomas More at Delaware Academy of Public Safety and Security (0-2), 4 p.m.
Friday
Archmere at Sanford (1-0), 4 p.m.
Salesianum at Fairview (Colo.), 4 p.m.
Saturday
Salesianum at Boulder (Colo.), 11 a.m.
Tri-State Christian Academy (Md.) at St. Thomas More, noon

Friday
St. Elizabeth (1-0) at Laurel (0-1), 7 p.m. The Vikings looked good in the opener but traveling two hours is not an easy task. The Bulldogs lost to a Division I team and will be a tough opponent.
Caesar Rodney (0-1) at Salesianum (1-0), 7:30 p.m. The Sals got a huge win against Father Judge and host a young Riders team that will be looking for a road upset.
Lake Forest (0-1) at St. Mark’s (1-0), 7:30 p.m. St.. Mark’s got a huge win against Division I Newark and host a Lake team that lost at Hodgson last week in a battle of the Spartans. The St. Mark’s Spartans have revenge on their mind after losing by a point at Lake Forest last year.
Saturday
Brandywine (0-1) at Archmere (1-0), noon. The Auks were impressive in their opener, while the Bulldogs struggled.
