Tickets to the annual football showdown between rivals St. Mark’s and Salesianum are on sale at the respective schools. The game is scheduled for Nov. 12 at 7:30 p.m. at Delaware Stadium on the University of Delaware campus. This is the first time the game, which goes back to 1972, will take place there.
St. Mark’s, the home team, will be on the west side of the stadium, with Salesianum on the east. All seats are general admission and cost $10 for adults and $5 for students. Box seats are $20. Parking lots will open at 5 p.m. and the gates open at 6:30.
The slate of activities for the evening includes a fan zone, photo booth, face-painting and numerous giveaways.
“It’s always exciting for our players and coaches to close out the regular season game with Sallies,” St. Mark’s head coach John Wilson said. For the past two years, the teams had met in midseason to accommodate other scheduling necessities.
