WILMINGTON – Kailyn Kampert had 17 kills, including the match-winner, and Taylor Wright recorded 16 as Ursuline defeated St. Mark’s, 3-1, Thursday night in Catholic Conference volleyball. The Raiders won by scores of 25-14, 25-17, 16-25 and 25-13. St. Mark’s was led by Erin Derick with eight kills, Addison Reich with seven and Kara Wirt with six.
The Spartans (3-4) are off until Tuesday, when they travel to Wilmington Christian for a 5 p.m. start. Ursuline (5-1) visits St. Elizabeth on Monday at 7:15 p.m.
