The boys schedule heats up this week, but will the weather cooperate?

Baseball

Monday

St. Elizabeth (3-2) vs. Tatnall (2-2), 3:30 p.m. Championship game of A.I. duPont Tournament. The Vikings are coming off a nice win against Conrad, while the Hornets beat the host of the tournament on Friday

St. Mark’s (6-0) at Appoquinimink (4-2), 4 p.m. The top-ranked Spartans face two ranked teams this week as they travel to the No. 5 Jaguars.

Tuesday

William Penn (2-3) at St. Elizabeth 3:45 p.m.

Archmere (3-1) at Concord (2-3), 3:45 p.m. The Auks look to rebound after a loss to top-ranked St. Mark’s.

Newark (2-3) at Salesianum (4-0), 4 p.m. The second-ranked Sals return home to face the Yellow Jackets.

St. Thomas More (0-2) at Delmarva Christian (1-2), 4 p.m. The Ravens look for their first win.

Thursday

St. Elizabeth at Brandywine (0-4), 3:45 p.m.

Wilmington Christian (1-2) at Archmere, 3:45 p.m.

Caravel (3-1) at St. Mark’s, 4 p.m. No. 4 Caravel looks to upset the top-ranked Spartans. This could be a pitching duel.

McKean (1-1) at St. Thomas More, 4 p.m.

Friday

Salesianum vs. Newark Charter (2-3) 7 p.m. at Frawley Stadium. The Patriots hit the big time as they host the second-ranked team at the home of the Blue Rocks.

Saturday

Woodbridge(2-2) at St. Thomas More, noon

Polytech(5-1) at Archmere, noon

Sunday

Conrad (5-1) vs. St. Mark’s, 1 p.m. at Wilson Field

 

Lacrosse

Monday

Archmere (3-1) at Conrad (1-2), 3:30 p.m. The third-ranked Auks look to stay unbeaten against Delaware teams.

St. Mark’s (0-3) at Middletown (2-2), 6:30 p.m. The Spartans play three night games this week in search of a much-needed win.

Tuesday

St. Elizabeth (1-3) at A.I. duPont, 6 p.m. The Vikings look for their second straight win on the road.

Wednesday

Newark Charter (1-2) at Archmere, 3:45 p.m.

St. Mark’s at Cape Henlopen (3-2), 7 p.m.

Thursday

St. Elizabeth at Delcastle (1-3), 4 p.m.

Friday

Salesianum (5-1) vs. Worcester Prep(Md.), 6 p.m. at Wesley College. The Sals won in the snow on Saturday, their fifth straight win against out-of-state teams.

Saturday

Archmere at Tower Hill (3-1), 11 am The second-ranked Hillers look to beat the third-ranked Auks in an early morning battle.

St. Mark’s vs. Caesar Rodney (4-2), 7 p.m. at Wesley College.
